These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Shiftpretty rota management and care coordination system located at https://app.shiftpretty.com and websites associated with https://shiftpretty.com.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering or logging in, you agree to these legal conditions, rules, and tracking provisions.
Attendance Accountability
Care workers must verify check-ins with GPS tracking. False representation may result in termination.
Secure Tenant Separation
Do not attempt to access other organization datasets. Breaches will be prosecuted immediately.
Service Fair Use
Our tools must not be abused, scraped, or used to schedule shifts outside of care compliance laws.
1. Account Creation & Verification
To use Shiftpretty, you must register as either a Care Company Administrator or accept an invitation as a Care Worker. You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
2. Care Worker Attendance Tracking
Care Worker users acknowledge that Shiftpretty leverages device location services to log GPS coordinates at the moment of clock-in and clock-out. This location verification is a core term of the service used to validate shift attendance. Tampering with or masking GPS location data is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3. Data Ownership & Security
As a multi-tenant system, care companies own the roster and client records they input. Shiftpretty grants a limited, non-exclusive license to access the rota software. You agree not to attempt to circumvent tenant scoping filters or access resources belonging to other tenants.
4. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our security guidelines, engage in bulk scraping, or fail to resolve subscription payments.
