Attendance Logs: Accurate timestamp and GPS coordinates at the point of clock-in and clock-out to prevent fraudulent timekeeping.
Recipient/Client Profiles: Contact information, care requirements, and shift templates as entered by care company administrators.
Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and tracking details through cookies (anonymized where possible).

2. How We Use Your Information

We process personal data for the following purposes:

To schedule shifts, manage staff rotas, and process payroll calculations.
To verify staff presence at client locations via GPS logging.
